FAQs for Vendors

How do I book?

If you're a new vendor, you will need to fill in an eligibility form, upon evaluation and acceptance, you will receive the booking links via email. 

How long before the event can I book in?

The booking window closes a week before the event so that the map and advertising can be finalised. If you're intending on booking in, it is advised to book in at least 2-3 weeks before the event to ensure you secure a spot. 

What's your cancellation policy?

Upon booking, you are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit. This deposit can be transferred up to a week before the event. If you cancel within a week of the event, you will lose your deposit. If you've paid in full, the same occurs, you will lose your full amount. 

Who can be a stallholder?

Anyone with a small business that sells vegan products. The business owner doesn't have to be vegan, just your products do. 

What stall spaces are available?

2m inside spaces; 3x3m outside gazebo spaces; and food truck spaces.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, you are required to have at least $10m Public Liability insurance. If you need help aquiring this prior to apply, please get in touch.
